What is something you want to improve in your day to day life? Which new habit could you implement?

What I think at this very moment is that I need a better posture in front of the computer 😅. I constantly have back pains because of that. But not sure what habits I could take up to improve that. Stand up? Walk around? Exercise?
What also immediately comes to mind is meditation. I used to do it more often, but I find these habits easy to slip one day. A day turns to two, and then you have to build this up again. I am trying to incorporate mindfulness more though. Commute with no music or podcast. Don’t bring your phone to the bathroom. Read more.
It goes hand in hand, but I’d like to find a way to not linger so I can be intentional around work, family and personal projects. It’s so easy to move with the path of least resistance and just give in to whatever is pushing you at the moment - whether it’s your own desires or someone else’s. TODOs pile up. Messages go unanswered. Little chores get postponed and become suddenly big chores.
And the worst thing is that in many ways these become small losses. To yourself. And that ultimately affects how you see yourself. Then I guess the alternatives are: don’t compete or don’t loose - don’t add that task and accept that is not gonna be done, or just do the things you set yourself to do. Sometimes I wonder if I’m just not biting more than I could chew. But when you have a family, you also must take them into account. You become bigger than yourself. And what you do matters.
But I digress. One day at a time. And one step at a time.
