What challenges are you experiencing at the moment and how could you overcome these?

Challenges? The vices. Old habits. Dopamine obsessions. Staying motivated. Drawing the lines and the limits. Not overstretching myself but also not trapping myself in rigidity.
Not sure on how to overcome these. But I know it’s the hard work. Daily work. It’s also a pendulum that swings and if I’m at a low right now that’s also because I’ve enjoyed a high. So I do know the way. It’s just not clear in retrospect.
That’s not very helpful. So what can I do? Eat healthy. Meditate and practice mindfulness. And take it one day at a time.
